The HALO networks is a universal wireless communication networks that can be used effectively world wide on a city-by city basis covering a large area and its surrounding remote areas. Angel Technology Corporation and its partners were the pioneers of broadband wireless millimeter wavelength (MMW) services from piloted high-altitude, long-operation (HALO) aircraft.
