ABSTRACT:
Embedded system is the most advanced computing system in the world today, which has rapidly gained acceptance and market world wide. With embedded chips fast reaching the power of main stream CPUs, we prepare for the inevitable invasion of the do-it-all devices that will be part of our every day life. It increased reuse of pre-designed components e.g., DSP chips, microprocessors, microcontrollers. The focus of attention shifted from pure desktop machine to handheld and embedded devices such as palmtops and home entertainment systems.
